DMCA & Audio Policy
How AI Rap Video handles music and image copyright: original AI beats by default, rules for uploaded audio, and how to send a DMCA notice or counter-notice.
Last updated: 2026-10-26
Our audio policy
AI Rap Video turns your text or photos into a rap performance video. The music behind that performance follows three rules:
- Original AI beats by default. Every beat we generate is produced by our own AI models for your project. We do not sample, remix or reuse recordings owned by anyone else.
- Your own audio is welcome. You may upload a beat or vocal track if you own it or hold a licence that covers this use. You stay responsible for that audio.
- No copyrighted songs, ever. We do not offer, bundle or make available any catalogue of commercial songs, instrumentals or stems, and we will not add one. If you want a famous track in your video, this is not the tool for that.
The same rules apply to the photos you upload: use your own pictures, or pictures you have clear permission to use, and only of people who have agreed to appear.
What you may upload
You may upload audio or images to your project only if at least one of the following is true:
- You created the material yourself and own the rights to it.
- You hold a written licence from the rights holder that covers AI processing and online publication.
- The material is in the public domain or released under a licence that allows this use, and you follow that licence's terms.
Do not upload ripped tracks, radio or streaming recordings, karaoke or instrumental versions of released songs, voices cloned from real artists without their consent, or photos of people who have not agreed to be in your video. We may remove any upload or finished video that breaks these rules, with or without a complaint from a rights holder.
Reporting infringement
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws elsewhere. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
- Identification of the infringing material, with the exact URL of each page or video on this site, so that we can find it.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement of accuracy, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice to the contact address below. Incomplete notices may be rejected, and we may ask you to complete them before acting. On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the user who posted it and keep a record of the notice.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f).
Counter-notification
If material you uploaded was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action to keep the material down, we may restore it between ten and fourteen business days after receiving your counter-notification.
Repeat infringers
We keep a record of every valid notice. An account that receives repeated valid notices, or that uploads material we have already removed, will be suspended or closed, and any remaining credits may be forfeited. We may also refuse further uploads from the same person. We apply this policy at our discretion and may act after a single serious violation.
